camshafts - who's the best?

what kind of camshaft will be best for my clio?
I know of 2 kind:
1. newman performance (225 pounds).
2. K-tec ones (500 pounds).

what will be best choice for better performance? which will give better money to performance ratio? if anyone here have fitted one of these two (or any other kind of camshafts) I would like to hear your opinion.

newman are very good, got any spec for them?

every company will tell you different, our personnal preference is Schrick Cams

K-tec use cat cams and are getting schrick

AWT use cat cams
