Can I fit 17 Alloys

Can I fit 17" Alloys on my 1999 Clio 1.6 16V?

When I bought the car 3 months ago it already has 15" OZ SuperTs.

I know I can go 2 sizes up but I dont know what size wheel were originally on the car.

Yes you can with 205/40/17 tyres and you can lower it and still wont rub or catch.
