Can i put standard lights in my 172

Hi everyone i have MOT coming up, and my car has faulty angel eyes ( Previous owner GRRRRR) I wondered could i put some lights on it off a 1.2 or something?? And will it go through test, i have been warned about auto leveling or something :S I really just want the car to go through test, i know its meant to have xenons but i dont think they are cheap to replace I did not realise when buying it that they were none standard lights...

Yeah they'll be fine from a non sport, just make sure the height is ok

Dont want to sound daft but how do i adjust the height. I am gutted it has lost is xenons :'(

Just fit them and ask the MOT tester to align the lights correctly, they normally do it FOC anyway.

Thanks for help guys.don't know what i'd done without these forums. I hope last owner didn't mess wires with these angel eyes.
