Can itunes take multiple ipods?

Hi all,

Im looking to get a 2nd 8gb ipod so I can leave it in the cxar whilst ists sncyed. does anyone know if itunes allows you to use 2 ipods from the same itunes?

Yeah, you can. I have 3 or 4 linked to my Library

cool thanks for that. do I simply just plug it in and sync as normal? if i buy a 2nd hand one, will it not recognize the fact its not registered to my itunes?

The second one will ask you if you want to sync aswell.. What I do with mine is

iPod in car - Sync everything
iTouch - just drag and drop the albums I want on it
iPhone - same as itouch

It will recognise your itunes and remove all the songs from the iPod that are currently on it then put on all the songs that are on YOUR itunes

Yeah thats right, sorry I thought your iPods were all new/empty
