Not that its a Clio but it is from a similar ilk. Peugeot did an automatic 1.9 205 GTi called the Gentry - not quite a Williams i know but i think thats about as close as you are going to get.

Williams with an auto box would be a crime! Dont think it would be much of a drivers car as an auto.

i dnt c wot the big problem wiv an auto is, an auto just means instead of u changing the gears urself the car just does it 4 ya, yer in a manual theres a bit more power but nt amazing amounts! thank u bubbles n bubbles no hard feelings yer it just gets me down wen ppl mock autos! so no more nasty msgs PLZ

You asked a question and i answerd it. Alot of other people have also said to the same as i have.

If you have a real passion for the williams, as has been said, look into putting an automatic box into the williams, however it would be much more cost effective, and youd get so much more out of it... it you tried very hard to learn in a manual

or you could get that gearbox they did without the clutch put in,

works a treat as well............
