Seriously doubt it.
Air being 'forced' in and out of wheels would affect steering/ handling though surely?
Can't see it making a difference personally, in reality (depending on the angle of the spokes/blades etc it would only start to be effective at high speed, making a similar effect to those air ducts replacing the fog lights.
Maybe you could even go further, have the air ducts bringing air in at the front, and then the alloys designed to allow the air back out, encouraging the air past the brakes...
The main thing would be whether it'd work though, Pep did you notice longer brake life before you started getting brake fade with those ducts?
