Can You Get It Back After Recycle Bin?

Accidentally deleted something to recycle bin.

Went to restore it, right clicked and then accidentally clicked delete instead of restore lol.

Is there any way i can get this back now?

filenames may look a bit different but depending on what it is u shud be able to get it back

tried downloading that but evrythime i try the download freezes
