can you replace the grey coil pack with a black coil pack....??

If you mean pencil coils then yes, the black/brown tops are more reliable than the grey tops.

i have two coil packs....the one on the left has a black pin going into it and the right on is grey...

the coil pack for the ignition as my car is misfiring and dying after you get it to run and RAC told me its my right coil pack

Yes you can the tops make no difference to the running of the car. Its a good idea to keep them all the same.

if your car has pencil coils then yes, and if they are grey they will all need doing at some point lol
