Cant email pictures etc,

Cant for the life figure out how to email pictures/videos from my iphone,

I enter a new email, theres no Add etc on there, so how am i ment to email a video to someone :S

Any help would be great

Go to photos, select picture, then click the square with a arrow coming out on the bottom left?

theres a app called ibluetooth on cydia, but at the moment its down, iv sorted it now cheers

Does ibluetooth work on the 3gs? It always worked on the 3g but I gave up with the S.
