Very nice to meet Jonno off of the forum, popped down at ten this morning to have his paint corrected. Have to say, bloody nice colour!! Makes me think that my next car may well be something similar, it does look fantastic when clean!!
No major troubles with this car, although I am certain parts have been resprayed prior to Jon owning the car, as is shown by the state of my once yellow LCC pads!!
Car was suffering from the usual swirl marks, as well as a hell of a lot of tar!!
The car also had a number of larger and deeper marks, some of which had been filled with paint. These were noted and avoided, with the scratches concentrated on to see what sort of correction could be achieved. Using PC with LCC Yellow, IP and FF on Black LCC pad to finish.
taped up ready to go;
This colour, I have to say, was brilliant for 50/50 shots, even with the crappy phone camera!
Sealent of choice was good old CG Blitz x4 coats;
And some of the final result, shame it was such a pisch poor day!!
And some of my pads after the rear of the car :S ;
