Car Alarm and Wi-Fi

Bit of an odd question, but do car alarms affect anyone's Wi-Fi?

Everytime I go to my Mrs's parents house and park my car on the drive, the Wi-Fi network goes down.

My car's got a Clifford Concept 300 on it. Mine is the only car that has ever affected it.

Anyone know what the cause is?

that's a bit wacko never heard that before. so have no idea what the prob is... maybe don't lock your car lol

Hmm, Edde is probably your best bet - but I'd guess if it's one of the remotes with Bi-Directional communication and it uses 2.4Ghz it could be to blame...

my vrs used to take mine down just change the chanel that the wifi is using
