car feels unstable on straights under hard acceleration

ive had plenty of quick cars so before we start its not torque steer lol
its a 2002 clio cup and it feels to me like its been set up for track use. ie amazing on bends at the expense of straight line stability.

its the 2nd cup ive had and the other didnt handle aswell as this on bends but was far more stable. this one feels almost unsafe like its constantly trying to go left or right on anything other than glass smooth roads.
i had the tracking checked friday and was told its spot on factory settings, it passed its mot last week so that rules out mechanical faults.

what setting should the tracking be at or are there any better settings anyone can recommend ??? cheers

thats why im going to get a second opinion on tracking. im taking it to a place that do race car preperation so hopefully they will check all possible settings

been for a run down the motorway ( smoothest roads i can find ) and it also does that thing where if you accelerate it pulls to th eleft slightly then when you ease off it drifts to th eright. i always thought this was a dodgy ball joint ?? just past its mot with no advisories though.
