Car Finance - Changing Cars

I've had car finance on the Clio and I'm practically half way through the finance.

I would like to change my car for something which is of equal value and was wondering if car finance companies allow you to swap the cars and under what terms?

Check the T&C's, but generally if its a HP & you have paid over half the total amount financed, you can normally just hand it back ...
