when driving the steering seems all over the place is this down to the play in the steering colum ?

sorry for all questions want to sort stuff out on the valver before i start trying to make it go fast

Have you tried holding the big round wheel?

You could get the tracking and wheel alignment checked, for the sake of a few bucks it cant hurt. Also make sure tires are correct pressure (simple stuff first).

Also check how much you can turn the wheel before the wheels actually move.

it goes about an each side before th wheels turn maybe a bit more, im going to get teh tracking done as well, it pulls to the left a bit...

Too much free play the wheels should turn as you turn the steering wheel. Dont bother getting the tracking done until you sort that out its a bit pointless. Take it to a garage and they'll sort it for ya
