Car hit in work car park

Went out at lunch time and my car had been hit. No one had reported it to reception so this is the second lot of damage inflicted in work car parks.

How easy or hard will it be to get this out?

I managed to scrub off as much of the blue paint as possible. Now what? Please help!!

There's a blue rover 200 in the car park that has dinks and scuffs all over it. Colour matches. Don't want to go around accusing though. I added a message to our Ads and Announcements area of our intranet asking if anyone saw anything.

How would people suggest getting the paint off of the plastic bumper strip??

Petrol maybe? Im not sure as you will need the product to be fairly strong but not so strong that it will melt the plastic, Maybe upvc cleaner (Smells like pear drops)

As for the paint on the paint, I would wetsand it off.. Then polish it up.
