was the reading from 1st backed up by the fuel gauge? if not then deffo seems like the calculations have been messed up somehow...i would wait and see how it goes rather than have reno mess with the electrics!!
if u reset the computer...it takes an average of whatever u were doing so if u rag it ur mpg will plummet....if u leave the counter doest it just drawn an average of ur mpg and thus doesnt vary as much as when u jyuts reset it? i reset mine once na dthe actuall mpg was going up and down depending on if i uput my foot down or not..now after a month it doesnt go up or down that much....resting at around 32-34mpg.
