Car knocking in reverse.

Reversing and touch the brakes there is a loud knock from engine/drivers side wheel. Then go forward another knock but more from engine area. Car is driving sweet as, any ideas?

Pads moving in the carriers? I’d say more of a clunk than a knock though.

Yeah clunk works, brakes seem to have gone a little dead at the top of the travel too. Could this be related?
