RB 182 FF
Had my car a couple months and tbh I thought nothing was wrong with it and was totally happy. But I drove a friends 172 the other day and noticed that my car felt a little worse under heavy acceleration in the higher revs.
Basically when accelerating hard up in the variable valve rev range, the steering pulls to the side, and I initially thought it was just the wheels breaking traction but it does it in 2nd gear at much higher speed. My friends 172 pretty much didn't do it at all. It's so bad that when I go to change gear it's an effort to stop the wheel steering the car to the side when one hand is on the wheel.
Coming from a 1.2 Punto I sort of told myself to man up since it's a much quicker car lol, but now I see it's not necessarily how it should be.
Pressures are fine, and at high speed there's no vibration so I assume the wheels are balanced, plus the car doesn't pull to the side under normal driving even at motorway speed so I assume the tracking isn't far out if at all.
Any ideas what it could be?
