paid for my car tax and runs out in october. So got 7 months still! But i think my car is going to be a write off. Can i claim some money back from it or not?

Yep, you can get the form online and print it off:

yes you can, need the tax disc and there is a form you can get from the PO last time i did it - although i am sure that you can probably get the form online now
