car wont fully heat up

Hi Guys,

Recently i had my waterpump aux belt changed now 3 weeks later after the changed today my car wouldn't fully heat up to the full temperature.
when the car is cold i dont hammer it. i ease into it and once the car is of temperature i would enjoy it more.
It sits just below the half way mark, you think this could be a sensor or that?

Was the thermostat changed? Is it a genuine one?

As above, likely Thermostat, but you also shouldn't rag it when the Water is up to temp, because the Oil won't be .

thermostat wasnt changed at the time and not a genuine one. was 1 from eurocar parts.

How long have you had the car?Don`t forget the ambient air temperature has dropped by 10 degrees C in the last 3 weeks,so the cooling system is more efficient.

Have you got the heating on? Otherwise the stat 100%
