car wont start please help

Hi

I am quite new to the forum but was wondering if anyone could give me some advice or has had a similar problem
My clio extreme 1.2 will not start

Things i have tried so far are - new battery, new crankshaft sensor, immobiliser is working ok as are the keys as the light goes out on the dash, fuel pump is working both ends ( disconnected line at pump, at at injector rail and both are pumping fuel ) , the car also has spark with the spark plug disconnected and ive had the car running by pouring some fuel directly into the manifold while turning the key, no fault codes are displayed on my code reader

The car turns over fine but just will not start on its own, any ideas as i feel ive tried almost everything. the car was running fine up untill i parked it up 5 days ago and i tried to start it yesterday.

Had the AA check the car and he could not get it to run, and the only fault he could find was ecu saying engine was cranking at 244 rpm an some of the voltage readings were all over the place?

alternator fine as is the battery ?
was advised to connect the battery with key in position 2 and tured this and the car started, used it for a couple of hours then went back again later and wont start again, tried disconnecting and reconnecting battery again but no joy,
While i try to start the red engine light with stop in the middle flashes
