Carbon fibre sheets

Found some 1mm thick real carbon fibre sheets. Just wondered how easy would it be to mould to I.e wing mirrors foglight surrounds etc. Or isit not possible

If it's Carbon Fibre cloth, it should be fine. You'll just need the resin to bond it on (or whatever the technical term is)

It just says carbon ribre sheets with 3m backing on and used for rally cars

I think it will be quite difficult. I have used it and it moulds quite well along a single fold line, but I am not sure that it will work that well around more complex shapes. If you are just covering the existing parts then the Di-Noc Carbon fibre "look" vinyl might be better imo. Keith
