Im going to Japfest in a couple of days, hopefully get some good pics of the drift demo etc. Where is the best place in the spectator stands to try and get these from? Never done motorsport photography before!

Quarry. But then there will ba a lot of fence/people in your way.

Tower is a very good corner, fast for the drifters too!

Quarry will be the best spot without a doubt, forget the busy bit on the actual corner with the fence etc and head a bit further round just before you get to the hill that takes you up onto the banking.

Rubbish pic, but gives you an idea of the location...

Then, if you can zoom out quick enough they will pass you pretty closely when finishing their drift before heading off to the next corner...
