Cat 4 Mot to do with straight through exhaust

I have been having a scan on pistonheads and found this Clio.

Its fitted with a straight through exhaust and it says next to it (Cat 4 Mot) :S

What would cat 4 mot mean ?

I thought a Cat 4 Mot was an Mot for vans etc ?

I think they mean its a straight through exhaust i.e. decat'd, but there is a cat supplied to fit prior to MoT

as in catalytic converter, so when it comes to MOT you can replace the decat (straight through pipe) with the cat, so that it will pass the emissions test
