He's on v6clio forum. very open about the situation.
If i was looking to buy a vee which I wish I was, I would be on the phone to him now about that.
Light front end damage. Whats in the front of these things?
Il give you 4k....CASH
Not alot, a/c rad and normal rad then a big gap pretty much! The panels cost a fortune, over 1k each iirc so a good front end knock that requires bumper + 2 wings ect could easy turn into 3-4 grands worth of bits
Thanks mate, will you also buy my 182 off of me as that would get me there money wise.

Add a cambelt change in, lack of service history, cat D, hardly worth it imo!He paid 7k for it, Which IMO was a steal. Id read the thread on the v6 forum if you are interested. The seller is a knowledgable and upfront bloke. No service history and cambelt over due is the only real bugbear. Worth remebering that some Non cat-d's have been changing hands for 10k recently!
Just taken a look on Diolagies - It's rediculous LOL
£1000.37 for a front bumper,
£134.01 for a fog light
Lower front grill is £139.96
Rear bumper is 1223.00
V6 - Do not want to crash
Hey guys. Just so as you know, there are still some honest and up front people left in this country! The car was as described and was a bargain. Sold to a French Renault dealer for the full asking price on Thursday morning who presumably wants to convert it back to LHD and sell it for 3 times as much.
There wasn't anything too "wrong" with it. It wasn't original and had a few mods (wheels/calipers/seats) which I didn't like, needed the roof and front end paint finish improving and needed a cambelt and service. Would have cost £2k to finish, which given the repair had been done well following the write-off would still have made the car a bargain.
It was the best I could find for what I paid for it almost a month ago, but I should have waited as a completely original car (132) appeared 2 weeks later.
I couldn't resist and realised it would cost me less to bail on this one and buy 132 than it would to do the work to the now sold 166.
Can't win really - If you say nothing in descriptions, some people (not all) think you're hiding something and if you're open and comprehensive, the same people think you're lying. Doh!:dead:
