Cat / Decat fitting kit.

I recently ordered a K-tec silenced decat, problem is I didnt realise as I ordered it that I also need the fitting kit to go along with it.

As I dont want to incur more postage charges from K-tec, can this kit be supplied by renault? Any ideas on part numbers?

Search the forum for 'Bosal'. And then check if you have somewhere that stocks them nearby...I've heard there a lot cheaper then Renault/k-tec. Have you got your old cat off yet? When I changed mine over I noticed the bolts/washer etc were fine which were on the car and probably didn't need changing! I only changed it for peace if mind.

Pug 406 2.0 16v gasket is the same, I got mine for a couple of quid from a factors and fits the 172 manifold/downpipe perfectly

You nutter! Inc postage from k-tec it would have been sub £25 with your cliosport discount! Next day delivery as well!

^^^^ thats what i was going to say when i order from k-tec i ask for club discount and they usually say well we will give you free postage and the kit from renault will include new bolts springs washers nuts and the gasket or you could have done what i did take cat off go to nearest walkers tyres and exhaust centre ask if they have that gasket which they usually do and they will just give you one lol
