cd player help

My gf has just bought an old 1996 clio RL for a runaround, shes wanting a cd player fitted. Will this car have a 12V dc electric system with a negative chassis and standard ISO connectors?? I'm just gonna get a cheap player from halfords or the like..

yes to the 12v question and provided the car hasn't been butchered, it should have iso connection as standard, only thing you'll need is a ariel adapter as the renault one is a bit different. hth
