Cd player/radio problem

Every time i start my cd player factory one, it creates a clunking noise, this has only started today and i cant get my CD out Please help I have a video which i will upload soon, but im at college at the moment.

Need a new one or try and find a replacement optical unit & swap it over so you keep the same radio code.
