CG lock- old or latest version?

the old version is obviously cheaper, about 10 quid cheaper.
is there any substantial difference between the two?

As far as I understand, it's just the lever is a bit larger and easier to locate on the newer version.

Functionally, they obviously do exactly the same job so I'd personally save the cash and go for the older version (which I have).

basically the difference is in the way it mounts on to the seat belt buckle,
no screws needed on the newer version but it does the same job

Ah ok, didn't know that. Who cares, fit it once and forget it. Can't see screws or no screws being a problem, it's not like the screws damage the original buckle.
