changing 172 manifold

how easy is it to change clio 172 manifold?
is there a guide on how to do it?

Haven't done mine yet as I want 182 manifold but I have heard its a right sh*t as you have to drop the subframe

Drop the sub frame.

Remove cylinder head or take the engine out.
If you're paying someone to drop the sub frame then the ganes had is not worth the expense.

Im fitting a 182 manifold to mine but the head is coming off to be ported along with 421's and a de-cat.

172 manifold comes out really easily. Not that I've ever had to change one. Inlet manifold off and it comes out the top
