Changing Browser Between Quicktime and WMP

Quick question.
How can I set which of these 2 my browser uses when streaming videos.
Its just I have uploaded some videos from my phone to a hosting site and they look much better when they play on quicktime, it seems to randomly switch between the 2

If you prfer Quicktime then open that, go into the options, find "file types" and associate the relevant video types with Quicktime.
