Changing head units

right before i get slated i have used the search tools. Im sure this must have been asked before so just a link to the thread will be top notch.

Is it possible to use an aftermarket head unit and still use the CD changer out of phs2 172.
I have one of these knocking around which I had in my old car.

If i just use the connecting plug from hellfrauds like my old car will it still allow the useof the cd changer or will it require additional wiring?
Ideas please???

Nope simple answer the cd chnagers are a paian only realy wor with stock Renault head units
