Changing Radiator on ph2 172

Hi is this a bumper off job or not? Reading some mixed posts.

Will removing:

The slam panel
Fuel Rail Guard
Airbox

make it accesible?

Also is anything else worth changing while all this is out? Eg oil?

Got to have the bumper off to get the upper crossmember out.

Definaly a bumper off job as bmh.01 just said

Yeh i would change the oil while everything is out (2min job)
