Changing seats.....

Ive Bought some clio sport seats to go in my clio 1.2 ive taken the old seats out and noticed that i had to take the seat belts off and everything... and found that the mechanism to slide the seats forward and back hard to put back in, isit easier to take the runners out from under the car then attatch the seats to the runners and put them back in or isit just simple enough to do it whilst runners are still in the car???

From what i've read and been told it's an awful lot easier to remove the whole lot from the car, then put the whole lot back in.

I didnt take my runners out.
Small adjustable and a socket set, didn't take long at all. Really sont see why people take the whole thing out...

i got them from ebay, makr 2 ph1 seats they are and paid 120 for them. bit of ware and tare, but in all good seats, and may be getting the leatherr sprayed so they look brand new.

Sorry to bring up an old thread but what happens with the airbags when you change seats? Do the sport ones work?
