Changing Spark Plugs

Hi can someone tell me if I have to change the Inlet manifold gasket when I change my spark plugs, and if I don't will it affect my car badly.

Its recommended you do. Its not critical if you dont though. On the 172mk1 the gasket between the throttle housing and the inlet plenum normally falls apart.

i took off it 5 times
and still using the same gasket
