Cheap spring fitters in the cambs/herts area?

Anyone know of any cheap places where i can get some lowering springs fitted in the cambs/herts area. Got a quote today from a local garage of £200 plus VAT just for fitting them. Theres no way im paying that....

Got mine done for £35

Its a simple job, back is 10 min's, and front is piss, only need spring compressor's to remove the spring's, dont need them for putting lowering spring's on. Garage's don't understand how easy it is to change to lowering spring's on clio's.

yep they're taking the piss. They reckon it will take 4-5hours to do the job, wtf! they call themselves mechanics!!
