CHRISTMA EMERGENCY "W" Reg 1.2 Clio Internal Heating problem

Evening folks,

I'm heading to Ireland tomorrow morning, and the heating isnt working at its fullest. Ive had a feel of the pipes going into the bulkhead and they are both toasty, and I've checked the mechanism behind the dash that turns it from hot to cold, and the cable is A-ok.

There is no problems with the engine temp.

Any Ideas as to what it is and for a quick fix?
