over the past 6 months it has only been working intermitently (is that even a word?)
the charger for the sat-nav and the crappy RAC air pump were only working some of the time when plugged into it.
decided to bite the bullet and buy a new lighter. as i was taking it out i had a look inside it and i couldnt even see the pin at the bottom of it. thinking it had snapped off i put me finger in and had a poke around. the amount of hardened gunk in there was unreal and after a good clean what should appear but the pin.
now it works!
moral of the story: IT'S ALWAYS BEST TO CLEAN IN THOSE HARD TO REACH PLACES lol!!!:clap:
