Car  Better than yours. C*nt.
Had the wheels refurbished last week and this morning the car was looking trashed (yes, it gets driven - hard!) so set about it. Usual 2BM, Dodo Supernatural, Bilberry, i4d big fluffy yellow drying thing - nothing special, but I thought it was looking ace!

Nice mate, not having gale foce winds there then? Was gonna clean mine this morning but I'd get blown away, lol
 
Looks mint, but the weather is pure s**t. Bucketing down here with winds to match. Didn't think i'd see any 'clean' threads this weekend.

Non! Black Gold all the way. Mars Red is good, but IMO it just doesn't look as nice.

Weather's not *too* bad here (FLW) as Gavin's mate has just been round to fix two stone chips - good job he did of it too. One's not perfect as it was left for months (on the car when I bought it!) but the other one seems to have gone nearly invisible!

Top stuff. RS Fabrications next week to do the exhaust, then we're all good!

Each to their own, I'm not a fan of black cars full stop. Better than Liquid though.
Would have to be Iliad or Red for me.

'The Wheel Specialist'. I think they've just opened up shop near you as well... 'Sport 3' is the finish I went for, looks about right although not having standard wheels next to it to compare them to I'm not sure!

Wheels don't look bright enough mike?? Duller silver. Happened to me the first time around.

Still looks grand tho! :)

Ali - they may be a shade. The silver that was though was waaay too bright though!
 
the closest you'll get to OE finish V6 wheels from the wheel specialist is "hi-power silver" (gloss black base with silver painted over the top)

They did my 17 Inch 206 Gti180 wheels from White to Anthracite for £200. You can bargain them down if you tell them you know people who they have done the same deal from.

Ive got a few people a similar deal now!
