cleaning a throttle body?

heard a few people mention it on here but cant seem to find reasons why and or if its worth it.

looking to do it so,

how hard is it?

why is it worth it?

what could go wrong, if anything?

Piss easy to do. Get some throttle body cleaner and go to town with a clean rag.
