climate control wont turn off

When i press the off button, it blows through the vents on full heat and wont stop
When i turn it back on, the climate control works fine and i can adjust it hot and cold

The button seems fine, It turns off when the ignition is off, but the windscreen blower isn't working. so could be a problem

Any ideas what could be causing this?

thanks H182 didn't see that searched from climate control, must have looked in wrong sectiion
