Clio 03 door speaker change

Hi,

I know there a quite a few threads on speakers, But i have some fusions to go in my clio soon, how do i remove the speaker grills (front and back)?

Is it just twist or something?

Think its twist on the Ph2s

With a screw driver and gently lift them out, there's a grove to help you out.

Rears just pull out, fronts as said theres two cutouts in the grill to lever them out.

Grills came off really easy and luckilly i had a star screwdriver, so will fit speakers tomorro probably.

But which wire is positive? green & pink i think the wires where

what size are the door speakers ?

changing the door speakers on my fiesta was a complete pain in the bum!

, yeah the pannels pop straight off. once ive got the info on which colour is positive, im just going to snip the connector off and then solder the wires onto the speakers.

hook up your speaker without the terminals on and see which way round the sound quality is better,unless you wanna trace the cable back to the headunit

all done now, Diffrerent colour wires for each side doors.

Tried soldering with my crappy coldheat gun, but ended up hook & twisting the wires and heatshrinked, worked fine
