Clio 1.2 2002 rear brake drum torque setting

Car  clio 1.2 extreme
I have just replaced both wheel bearings on the rear could anyone tell me the correct torque settings for the nut thx
 
Ok thankyou I now have another problem when the osr brake drum is tightened up it locks up the wheel ?should there be a spacer
