Clio 1.2 (75) 2006 Engine Misfire!

My 2006 ClioSport 1.2 seems to misfire through the gears from 1k to 2k rpm. Although I never see those revs in the short time I do it's quite concerning. Anyone else had this problem and know how to solve it?
