Clio 1.2 bent valve

My other half's cambelt went on her 1.2 and it has bent one of the valves, I can get the part cheap enough but how easy/how long will it take to change one valve over?

Any help would be great

How do you know its bent one valve?

If you already have the head off then its a piece of cake to change.

They have been checked just wanted to know if it was going to be a head ache but think I've got it sorted now cheers for your help as always
