clio 1.2 exhaust ??

i have a standard clio 1.2 and would like to put an exhaust on to it and was woundering where i would start? as do i need the whole exhause the box or what?? i am after a stealth sorta exhaust as i am after a subtle noise any oppinions ? thanks
