Clio 1.2 Mk3 Front Disc and Pad replacement

Just bought some new discs and pads for my car as my current discs are really corroded!!

Is there anything special i need to know before i go about changing these?

Can i just open the brake fluid reservoir and push the brake piston back in with a 'G' clamp?
