clio 1.2 service

hi, can anyone recommend the right oil+filter for a clio 1.2 16v (2001).
Is there anything else that needs to be changed its done 90k
also do I need any special tools

5W40 fully synth if money isn't any issue (about £35-£50 for 5L)
10W40 semi synth if you're being cheap, nothing wrong with that though, its not a race engine afterall! (about £20 for 5L)

3 different oil filters available for that engine, so the parts people may **** it up and give you the wrong one, best get it from the main dealer, £5-£10

you will need an 8mm square sump plug key

is the white milky stuff on the engine plug normal :S
