That's a bit different to the last dci EGR valve I took off.

no, you can use the same .. have to be careful to take the EGR

I think is the same valve in 3 engines(65, 82, 100)

he has just took the top half of the valve out, that one has broken in the middle, the part that gets gunked up is still stuck in the aluminium housing.

thats a nice broke on. seen this alot in the dealership over the full range weather it was the 1.5 or 1.9 dci. very common
