brought this car for my little brother to learn in

the hand brake light stays on and heater wont work any ideas
and yes have checked the fuses lol

Learn in a 1.8? isn't that a bit expensive on insurance?

Hnadbrake check the wire plugged into the back of the handbrake.

Heater check the switches and the fuses/relays but check its not blocked.
